Screen Printing
An imprinting method in which the image is transferred to the fabric. Ink is squeegeed through a stenciled screen stretched over a frame and then cured in a dryer.
- Not all 100% cotton products or colors can be discharged.
- 100% polyester, polyester blends, pigment-dyed fabrics and neon colors are heat sensitive.
- They cannot exceed temp thresholds higher than 320 degrees or shrinkage, bleeding or spot staining may occur.
- Some highly fibrous fabrics require a matte finish base layer first.
Embroidery
Embroidery is the art of embellishing a piece of apparel with a needle and thread or yarn creating stunning visual representations of various types of art.
- Most commonly used threads are polyester and rayon
- Embroidery has a very high-perceived value
- All fabrics with a solid surface can be embroidered
- Logo size is critical when embellishing with embroidering
Heat Transfers
A garment decorating method in which a heat press is used to apply a graphic (with a heat activated adhesive) to a substrate or fabric.
- Low to No minimums.
- Less variation, the quality of your product will stay consistent across orders.
- You can print on colored fabric without worrying about color shifts.
- The production process is speedy and simple, and the quality of the outcome is top-notch.
Laser Etching
Laser etching is a process that creates marks on parts and products by melting their surface. It is part of the broader category called laser marking which also includes laser engraving and laser cutting and laser annealing.
Laser machines are capable of etching and cutting very complex and intricate designs onto a multitude of materials such as:
- Leather (Genuine and Faux)
- Glass
- Wood
- Acrylic
- Fabric
